Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Koral Worsham, RN, BC-FMP.
I’m a Registered Nurse with over 19 years of clinical experience across Pediatrics, General Medicine, Oncology, Neonatal ICU, ER, outpatient care, and telephone triage. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in every stage of life and across a wide range of complex health conditions. That experience has given me a deep respect for both the strengths—and the limitations—of conventional healthcare.
As my career evolved, I began to notice a recurring pattern: many people were being given answers that managed symptoms, but didn’t explain why those symptoms were happening in the first place. That realization led me to Functional Medicine, where I now focus on identifying and addressing the root causes behind chronic health concerns.
Today, I blend my clinical nursing background with functional medicine principles to offer a more complete, personalized approach to care. Instead of chasing symptoms, we slow down, connect the dots, and look at the body as an interconnected system—mind, body, and spirit.
A core part of this process is purposeful, targeted root-cause testing. Rather than guessing or relying on fragmented information, I use advanced functional testing strategically to uncover meaningful patterns in the body. This allows us to move beyond surface-level assumptions and create a clear, data-informed understanding of what is actually driving your symptoms.
My role is to help you understand what your body is communicating, uncover the underlying imbalances contributing to your symptoms, and guide you toward a clear, sustainable path forward.
I also believe something deeply foundational: that each person is created in the image of God, with intentional design and the capacity for healing and wholeness. My work is rooted in honoring that design and supporting the body’s God-given ability to restore balance when given the right support.
Most of the people I work with have already tried multiple approaches—different providers, diets, medications, and quick fixes—yet still don’t feel like themselves. They’re often told everything looks “normal,” while knowing in their gut that something is still off.
This is where functional medicine changes the conversation.
Instead of asking, “How do we manage this?” we ask,
“Why is this happening in the first place?”
That shift is often where clarity, hope, and real progress begin.

How I support you
My approach is collaborative, thorough, and highly personalized. I use advanced functional testing, in-depth health history review, and clinical insight to identify patterns that are often missed in standard care.
From there, we create a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your body—not a generic protocol. My goal is not just symptom relief, but true restoration of health and function.
“Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you.”
Exodus 23:25 (NIV)
I’m a wife and homeschool mom of three. My family life keeps me grounded and grateful for the everyday moments.
I believe good health should feel sustainable—not stressful or extreme.
I’m constantly learning and expanding my knowledge in functional and integrative health.
